Before you call
Most questions are answered on these pages. Prices for once-off services are fixed and shown in the tax store, and the monthly package is always 1% of business turnover with a R79 minimum. A business turning over R300,000 a month pays R3,000 for bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and tax together, compare that with what a traditional firm quotes for the same work.
How quickly do you respond?
Calls are answered during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Form, email and WhatsApp messages get a reply within one business day, usually the same day.
Do I need to be in Gauteng or the Western Cape?
No. We work with clients in every province. Everything is done online and by phone, with in-person meetings available at Spaces offices when needed.
Can you give me a quote over the phone?
Yes. For the monthly package we only need your business's average monthly turnover. Once-off services have fixed prices on the website.
How much will I save by switching?
Bring your current accounting invoices to the discovery call and we will compare them line by line with the 1% fee. Because the fee is a flat 1% of business turnover and the books are done every month, there are no hourly bills, no year-end catch-up fees and no surprise invoices.
